This policy outlines the standards, safeguards, and actions we take to prevent, report, and remove CSAE-related content and behavior.

1. Our Core Principles

  • Zero Tolerance: Any content, communication, or activity involving CSAE is strictly prohibited.
  • Immediate Action: We remove and report CSAE-related content or users without warning.
  • User Empowerment: We provide tools for the community to report abuse swiftly and anonymously.
  • Legal Compliance: We comply with all relevant child protection laws, including mandatory reporting obligations.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on the Lagos de Plata app:

  • Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or attempts to solicit minors
  • Sexualized comments, images, or interactions involving minors
  • Sharing or requesting exploitative material
  • Linking to or promoting external sources of CSAE content

3. Reporting and Enforcement

Once a report is received, we will:

  • Promptly investigate the incident
  • Remove any violating content or users
  • Report CSAE-related violations to the appropriate law enforcement and child protection agencies

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Lagos de Plata app, you agree to:

  • Never share, post, or solicit harmful content involving minors
  • Respect the safety of all members, especially children and vulnerable individuals
